Part of my personal manifesto is to provide you with no bullshit strategies for crafting your best life and business, so––if I'm honest with ya'all––I'll share this: I've been finding myself in a slump more often than not lately. But, there's something that's been saving my ass on the regular: a "no-brainer activity list".
The goal of said list is to get yourself out of your current mood by moving onto another activity–-quickly--in order to shift your brain's focus.
At some point or another, we will all struggle with being “stuck”.
